ABOUT LESLIE
My love for photography began a year or two before my husband and I had our eldest daughter. He always joked the reason I wanted to have a baby was so I could have a permanent photography subject. Before Ella I knew I absolutely adored newborn photography. When Ella came I had the most incredible experience photographing her tiny newborn hands, toes, and features. I knew this was just the beginning.
My business began in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where I had a small studio. I was awarded Nashville Parent Magazine's Best Family Photographer for two years in a row. After finding out we were expecting baby number three, we decided to move back to our home town Tomball, Texas. In May 2016, and 6 month pregnant, we made the haul back to Houston.
Happy Bird Photography is located just north of Houston in the Spring/Tomball area. I have a studio for all my newborn sessions and love shooting outdoors for family and children sessions. Thank you so much for visiting my page. Happy Bird Photography began with a spontaneous idea and has evolved to what it is today. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this without the love and support of all my dear family and friends, and of course my wonderful clients!
